About Our Products

 

How does this all work?

First you choose your ingredient you would like to offer your customers.  Then choose the number of servings you would like in your bottle.  From here you can choose from our wide range of the packaging options including bottles, lids, label type (paper, sticker or screen-printed)) and carton box from our wide range of options.

Once these have been chosen, you can send us your logo, and we will provide a complaint template for your labels and carton box.  You can edit your designs as much you like to get your perfect product.

Once complete, you will receive your products within 4 months depending on the complication of you choice of packaging.  We will provide you with your COA and manufacturing certification and your products will be ready for sale.

 

Can you help us with marketing?

we will help deliver the message to your customers about the convenience and effectiveness of using water-based supplements for your day-today use.

 

How do we make sure our products are market ready?

To be market ready, packaging must be compliant.  We will help ensure all the relevant information is on the packaging and ensure your products are certified complaint and, hence, market ready.

 

How will our products be delivered once ordered?

Once your order is placed, we can work with you on the design choices of your bottles, lids, labels and carton boxes.  Once you you have made your choices, we will fill and assemble your products via our certified manufacturing site and deliver to a location of your choice.  We can also store your products at our certified site and deliver to you piecemeal or in full.  We can also deliver directly to your customers.

 

Do you dropship?

Yes, our approved location will safely stock your products and ship them once an order is received to us within 3 working days.  We will work with you on your customers' unboxing experience.

 

Do you sell CBD?

We do sell CBD and its derivatives, including mixtures with Melatonin.  These products are not available for sale in the UK due to Novel Food regulations.  For sale in Europe and US, please contact us.

 

Can you create bespoke formulations?

Yes, although minimum orders can be much higher depending on the formulation.  There is an initial small development cost, which will include a number of samples for you to test and approve prior to an order being placed.  Once the order for your formulated product is placed, a cost of development will be credited to your account.

A minimum order of around 2,000 units across an 18 month period is required for most new formulations.

Do contact us with your preferred formulation as we may have something similar as part of our R and D which is not stated online, and hence, may be a 100 unit MOQ.

 

Do you make drinks?

Our water-based supplements are ideal for mixing with drinks formulations.  We can help develop wonderful and potent drinks with added the power of supplements, without their strong taste.  We help and advise companies produce innovative drinks.  If you would like our help with this please contact us.

 

Do you produce skincare products?

Our water based ingredients are ideal for mixing in with lotions, creams and other wellness products.  Please contact us for further information.  Many of our ingredients are produced as serums, such as Collagen, Vitamin C and others.

How will my data be used?

• All payment information is managed by a reputable third party payment providers WorldNet, and so we do not store any of your payment details.
• Contact details and addresses are securely stored in our database, and we never share any of your data with any third parties unless we have obtained your permission to do so.

I have an issue with my order. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear you've had an issue and would like to help as much as we can. Please get in touch via our Contact Us form, with as much detail as possible of the issue you've encountered, including photos if helpful. We endeavor to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.

 

 

What is your refund and returns policy?

For products which are unopened and unused we have a 30 day money-back policy. If the products have been opened we may ask for details on your reason for returning. Whilst we're usually happy to accept most returns, whether the reason is it's not what you thought it would be, or you're not happy with the product, we reserve the right to reject the return if the basis is that the product doesn't work. Can I subscribe to get discounts?

Yes! We encourage you to sign up to our newsletter for updates on any promotions or discounts we're running which are exclusively sent out to the Boshang community.

 

 

When can I expect my delivery?

Delivery dates are typically between 2 and 4 months for the first order depending on the packaging option you have chosen.  Platinum and Bespoke options typically have screen printed labels and ordering of unique bottles which can take up to 4 months for the first order as we ensure you are happy with the final print, which can take some time.

Orders after the first, are typically shipped within 1 month and rarely up to 2 months.
