No.10: BOSHANG Mixed Berry CBD Smoothie



1 Banana

1 Cup Frozen Strawberries, Blackberries and Raspberries

1 Cup Almond Milk

½ Cup Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Fresh Mint or Basil leaves, loosely packed

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

`2 Drops BOSHANG Full Spectrum CBD



In a blender, combine all ingredients except the Boshang CBD and blend until smooth.  Add 2 drops of BOSHANG CBD drops and top with a few chia seeds for a powerful refreshment.



No.21: Watermelon Smoothie With Boshang CBD



2 Cups Seedless Watermelon Cubes (Frozen for 24 Hours)

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

½ Lime

½ Cup Fresh Mint / Basil

½ Cup Sparkling Water

2-3 Drops BOSHANG Full Spectrum CBD



First, Cut 2 cups of watermelon into small cubes and freeze for 24 hours.   Once prepped. leave at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to defrost.

Then, add the Watermelon, 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, Lime Juice, Mint, and Water to a high-speed blender.  Add in 2 drops of BOSHANG CBD, stir, and add a lime for garnish. Enjoy!



No.9: Turmeric Tea



1 Tbsp Freshly Grated Ginger

1 Lemon (Squeezed)

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper

2 Cups Water

2-3 Drops BOSHANG Turmeric from Curcuma Longa



To a small saucepan, add BOSHANG Turmeric, ginger, lemon juice and leftover lemon rind, maple syrup, cayenne, and filtered water. Bring to a simmer (not a boil) over medium to medium-high heat (~3 minutes). Then turn off heat.

Set a small strainer over serving glasses and divide between two mugs. Enjoy!
